USBC end burnt out!
I bought 4 of these, but 1 has burnt out on the USBC end. The USB plug it was plugged into was a low output plug so this should not have happened. Tried to report damaged product but past the 30 days return and it says it is not eligible for replacement Update on review and stars.. Anker were kind enough to reach out to me and sent me a replacement which has worked absolutely fine. Great customer service and the new ones work perfectly. Thank you so much Anker!!
