The Secret to a High-Quality Fish Oil

You would have seen an Omega 3 6 9 capsule with a bright yellow colour… but fish oil isn’t yellow? Supplement Form

The physical form of products varies a lot, and it’s all to do with where inside our bodies the contents is to be absorbed. Unless for children, where it’s usually to do with them being able to chew instead of having to swallow. Often children take chewable gummies, although this isn’t optimum for absorption.

Best fish oil
As a professional working in the Nutraceutical Industry for 20 years, this is best fish oil I came across. You can find the science and the benefits by googling the ingredients, OmeGo. I was sceptical about the anti-inflammatory and anti-histaminic properties of this full spectrum oil. I have been using it for the last 3 years and as a sufferer of hay-fewer for all my adult life, I have not used any antihistamines (Loratadine) for the last 3 years. When the symptoms hits I take a 1 capsules and 20 min later, the sneezing and eye itching go. As it is not a re-esterified oil (reconstituted oil) as concentrate DHA and EPA are, the “burping” is minimal to none. I would highly, highly recommend it.

    I have been taking this product for the last year and I’m so glad I’ve found it on Amazon now – definitely one for automatic reorder! I take two 1000mg capsules each day (small and easy to swallow with water.) I find it beneficial for my arthritis and general wellbeing. My skin has also improved, it’s less dry and clearer than it ever used to be.

    I searched for months for a non-chemically extracted fish oil made from one fish. I read the articles online about large companies inserting rancid (rotten yellow) fish oils into capsules, and thoroughly researched our bodily needs for omega 3 6 9. I was drawn to this product as salmon is renowned for being the most balanced and nutritious fish available, Hofseth BioCare have managed to extract their oil without chemicals or extreme heat, which helps retain more of the natural benefits of the fish. In fact, there are seven times more fatty acids within this supplement than most others.

    The reason we are advised to take omega 3 fish oil is because most people in the world do not eat enough fish, so we replace the fatty acids with omega supplements. There is no point in consuming excessive amounts of just DHA or EPA – instead, consume what your body needs, in a balanced way. The 21 omegas within these softgels are better than the three you get from others.

In fact, there are seven times more fatty acids within this supplement than most others.

    The reason we are advised to take omega 3 fish oil is because most people in the world do not eat enough fish, so we replace the fatty acids with omega supplements.
