      Good luck getting it set up on wifi. The instructions are backwards - you have to select 'add an existing printer on the network' when you can't connect to it on wifi - but you can see it listed. It will prompt you for a password, which when you print out the config sheet is wrong.
      Download the app. Considering using Ethernet.
      Works ok, but infuriating to set up - even for experienced IT professionals.
      It's cheap, likely because of this, but fundamentally a great printer.

      Bought for home office replacing an older high quality 1200 dpi HP laser, I’ve been in print for 30 years, and worked with pro machines costing more than a house.
      So although in the ‘budget’ range its faster but the print quality is exceptional for the pricepoint and almost as good as the old 1200dpi printer. And the tonal range and smooth gradients are truly impressive.
      Scanning too is simple and intuitive.
      Also needed the duplex feature (prints both sides of the paper in one go) and again so easy to control in the print menu and two sided registration is accurate.
      Have 2 networked Macs so wanted the enet capability as well as wifi for printing direct from mobiles and tablets anywhere.
      So easy to set up and all worked first time.
      And so far using a good 90gsm paper there have been no jams, smooth as butter!
      It is slightly noisier but hey,thats all, look at the above…

      Debo empezar diciendo que el modelo correcto seria el que termina en DW no el DWE el DWE esta descatalogado y no os aconsejo compréis ya que os obligara a consumir tonner Original hp cosa que no sucede con el DW no se os ocurra daros de alta en el servicio HP+ porque ya no podreis daros de baja y os obligaríais a comprar consumibles mas originales y mas caros.

      Yo la conecte por red con cable ethernet si podéis es lo mejor debéis instalar el programa Smart y encender impresora conectarla en el router o switch y seguir los pasos, realmente es muy sencillo. Tambien podéis añadir la impresora en windows. Al lado del tonner tiene una etiqueta con un PIN hacerle una foto porque os lo pedirá.

      Es sumamente sencillo y se ve en la red enseguida os encantará yo puedo imprimir desde movil, tablet, etc etc. facilisimo.

      SI OS DIO ALGUN PROBLEMA DE CONFIGURACION:

      MODO SEGURO DE CONEXION: y mas enfocado a los que la quieren conextar solo por red cableada ethernet ya que solo wifi no creo tengas ningun problema debido a que la impresora tiene muchos recursospara ello. Comprendo que alguien pueda tener problemas en su instalación cuando no opta por el wifi, debido a pocos conocimientos de redes y que la impresora te pega la novatada también, porque incluso me pasó a mi cuando actualice el firware lo hice sin el cable USB y se me lio un poco el tema por eso y para evitarlo podeis seguir estos pasos que os ayudaran.- tranquilos porque se soluciona.

      PARA LOS QUE QUIERAN TENER LA IMPRESORA POR RED CABLE ETHERNET (los raritos como yo)

      1.1 Muy importante antes de nada y sobre todo antes de actualizar el Firmware tener la impresona conectada por USB y luego ya decirdireis si manteneis el USB y el RJ45 (yo tengo los dos),.

      1.2- Conectar la impresona por USB y por RJ45 (si es que optais por red cableada sino os lo ahorrais) la podéis tener siempre asi, no pasa nada, ejecutais el HP Smart y se os instalaran dos drivers el HP Laserjet MFP M232-M237 (este es el del USB) y el NPI3BD91E HP Laserjet MFP M234dw (este es el de red) Bueno esto es lo que al final debéis de ver en Panel de control===Hardware y sonido===Dispositivos e impresoras en W11 si llegáis aqui es que lo conseguisteis, haceis un ping a vuestra IP de la impresora si os da respuesta todo bien si se complican las cosas os descargais el HPEasyStar_16_7_5.exe (como última opcion).

      Independientemente si os decidis por Wifi o Red cableada lo que aprecie es que el USB opcionalmente le da solidez al enlace y mantenerlo es muy bueno puedes mantener perfectamente el USB y cableado ethernet y al mismo tiempo el wifi de la impresora desactivado y conseguir tenerla en red en la tablet, movil, otros pcs etc. (no soy amante del wifi en las impresoras esta venia con wifi pero no lo utilizo ya os dije soy rarito.)

      Tener la impresora y utilizarla por el movil o la tablet no quiere decir que deba estar por wifi sino "en la misma red de casa".- lo que si estara por wifi es la tablet o el movil no el pc ni la impresora.

      CUIDADO CON CONECTAR LA IMPRESORA A UN SWITCH Y CON EL VPN FUNCIONANDO es posible que no llegara a detectar HP SMART la impresora. Esta debe conectarse al router directamente y desactivar el VPN mientras dure la instalacion de los drivers.

      Estoy encantadisimo, me la vendio RALCA SHOP ahora veo que la vende amazon pero en Ralca me atendieron de lujo un 10 por ellos se portaron con todas mis dudas de autentico lujo, respondiendome los fines de semana inclusive algo fuera de lo normal y eso te da una tranquilidad, ellos son de Barcelona y son gente muy atenta y seria ademas en su tienda venden otros productos informáticos sumamente interesantes y tienen oficinas en la misma ciudad es decir no son 100% virtuales, en fin carne y hueso los puedes ir a ver y estan.-

      SOLO ALGO QUE NO ME GUSTO: pero no puedo decir que sea un punto para criticar en exceso aunque os lo voy a comentar, el conector hembra RJ45 de la impresora deberia ser de mas calidad de agarre con un click de confirmacion de fijacion esto no lo tiene lo que obliga a que el cable de red que pongais debe ser muy nuevo a la que este un poco dado ya no agarrara bien. Las grandes marcas y HP lo hace a menudo regatean con autenticas chorradas que ellos se piensan que los consumidores no nos damos cuenta pero los deja como autenticos tacaños y especuladores, solo puedo decir esto, en contra y que no es determinante para no comprarla, ni mucho menos, solo que yo soy muy minucioso en estas cosas y quizás me fijo demasiado. Ahora esta muy bien de precio y la vende amazon directamente aprovechar y muy pocos euros mas, comprarla con el seguro adicional merece la pena y nunca se sabe.

      Légère, opérationnelle pour imprimer 700 pages A4.
      2 bémols :
      impossible à se connecter en wifi-direct qui s'active bien mais aucun poste n'y accède. Pbm de driver réseau ? Comme j'ai besoin de cette fonctionnalité je vais continuer à batailler. Alors que ça marche bien sur une HP envy 4500 ou une photosmart 6525. Je parle bien du HP-Print-direct wifi. Mon iPhone 7 ne voit pas l'imprimante en wifi-direct. Je n'ai pas essayé airprint qui ne m'est pas familier.
      Sur un réseau local en wifi elle fonctionne très bien.

      2e mini défaut : le bac de papier est ouvert et des tickets 5x8cm peuvent s'y glisser et être entraînés jusqu’à provoquer un bourrage. Moralité ne rien laisser traîner devant le bac !
      Sympathique rapport qualité-prix. Elle est au prix d'une bonne imprimante jet-d'encre.

      Acheté pour remplacer une imprimante multifonction qui avait rendu l'âme. Bonne qualité d'impression, bon scan, plutôt rapide.
      L'installation en wifi sur le 1er pc n'a pas posé de problème avec le logiciel HP connect, il suffit de suivre les instructions. Ensuite j'ai récupéré l'IP de l'imprimante et je l'ai installé en passant par l'IP sur les autres ordis de la maison (plus besoin d'HP connect). J'ai aussi passé l'imprimante en IP fixe avec le fameux logiciel HP connect.
      Pour les toners, je vais passer par du reconditionné vu le prix. Il faudra juste faire un peu de manipulation pour la puce, mais rien d'insurmontable.
