This book is heavy, it is top quality in finish and beautifully illustrated throughout in colour.
I am personally a dinosaur at the age of 71. I bought a Switch a few months ago purely to keep my mind active and I love playing train software with my six year old Grandson. Purchasing Zelda ‘A breath of the Wild’ came on the back of a recommendation. But I wasn’t sure what to do or where to start. Most people will just jump in and start playing but I needed some help!
I purchased this manual to assist me in getting on the right track (Nothing to do with trains). Anyway, it transpired that there is so much more information in the book that I thought possible. Lots of descriptions, photos, maps, legends and recommendations of how to do things is extremely helpful. Don’t forget…. I’m a dinosaur and unlike many gamers who will just get in there is a talent I don’t possess. For me, this book is a treasure fully crossed referenced too. It doesn’t take long to find information about strategy and game play. So, if you’re one of the talented players and just want to dive in there and play, this book would be wasted on you.
If you’re like me and want to extract the best possible game experience then this book is worth it…….

Useful book, very small writing though!
Firstly I'd like to say buyer beware with Amazon's packaging. It's not good, and the first one arrived with all the corners wrecked. The replacement was slightly better but not great. Really useful book, but I found the writing unnecessarily small. Like they could have made it bigger without adding any pages. I have 20/20 vision and find I've got to be in good light to read it, it's like the back of a jam jar!

Wow this guide is thick and heavy and i am glad that they decided to do an updated version of the guide including all the new dlc and add ons that you get for the game now i know that they released three versions of the guide when the game first got released they released the paper back version and a deluxe version and the collectors edition i got the collectors edition guide for the game but it served its purpose at the time it was good for finding all the shrines in the game and helping you with the side quests mainly but finding all the korok seeds using the big map is not very helpful because they are just small coloured dots all over the map and it is quite time consuming looking through all the dots over and over again if you miss a korok seed and some of the korok seeds are not even marked on the big map which was annoying but thats enough about the old guide now what i have read up that the new guide comes with a better korok seeds guide telling you where everyone off the seeds are for each region which is much better if you are looking to complete the game with all the korok seeds and you still get a map inside the guide other than that I can’t comment on the guide any further because i have not opened it yet but here is what i will say is the guide worth buying yes it is
